Revisions to our branch timings and operating schedule

In line with the recent changes to working days announced by the UAE Federal Government and as per Central Bank’s notice no. 5620/2021 date 09/12/2021 to adopt a new working week that will better align the UAE with global markets as well as bring the country’s financial sector into closer conjunction with international market practices, we are pleased to announce and share with you the Bank working hours effective Monday the 3rd of January 2022.

Branches will be open for customers between 8:30AM and 1:30PM between Monday to Saturday. Branches will remain closed on Sundays.

Our Head Office will be open from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM. Saturday and Sunday are off days.

The Private Banking Wealth Management division will be open from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM, Saturday and Sunday are off days.

Our ATMs and our digital banking services will help you carry out your banking requirements anytime and from anywhere with convenience and flexibility.
