Documents required
- Completed account opening form
- Trade license OR Certificate of Corporation and Certificate of Incumbency OR Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Good Standing
- Valid Commercial Registration Certificate
- Valid Chamber of Commerce Certificate
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Valid original passport (for each partner)
- If a partner is a juridical person:
- Trade license
- MOA/AOA
- Board Resolution specifying the authorized signatories and their prerogatives
- Passport copies of all shareholders, signatories and directors
- Valid residency visa and Emirates ID (for each partner)
- Filled FATCA Form W8/9 and CRS forms
