TESS Funding Relief (COVID-19)

In line with the directives of the leadership of the United Arab Emirates and the Economic Support Plan proposed by the Central Bank of UAE, Bank of Sharjah has adopted a series of measures aimed at supporting our customers to face the challenges resulting from the outbreak of the new COVID-19 pandemic.  Among these measures is the possibility of deferral of loan instalments for our corporate and individual customers.  We know you may be worried about being impacted financially due to coronavirus and we are here to help.

  • If you are a BOS Retail customer and worried that coronavirus will affect your finances, or you are already experiencing some difficulties, please fill in the form, sign it and email it to your customer services  team on BOSdeferral@bankofsharjah.com
  • If you are a BOS Corporate client and have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, please fill in the form, sign it, attach the write-up and email them to your relationship manager
