As required by Central Bank of UAE, you are kindly requested to provide a copy of your current Emirates ID to update the Bank’s records. You could do this by either visiting your BOS branch or by uploading a soft copy of both sides of your EID through eBOS. In case of joint account, this has to be done for all account holders. Not providing EID details will result in blocking access to ATM service, direct debit transactions as well as credit card transactions, effective 1st March 2019.
