Position :

Senior Lawyer

Key Responsibilities & Principle Duties

  • Review Bank’s documentation
  • Review contracts & complicated financial structured documents
  • Perform legal research
  • Liaise with the Branch  Managers / Heads of Departments to cater for their requests and enquiries
  • Handle legal training
  • Manage junior resources in the team 

Reporting Line

  • Reports to the Head of Legal Department

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor in Law. Master in law will be a plus
  • Banking business knowledge
  • High analytical & problem solving skills
  • High communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a reputable Firm/Bank/Financial Institution/Company
