Key Accountabilities
•
Consult with suppliers to specify system requirements and design
appropriate solutions.
•
Maintain the existing IT infrastructure and upgrade hardware or software
components that have become obsolete.
•
Assist in the IT infrastructure administration and support activities,
including:
•
Assist in Designing and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans
and procedures.
•
Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure initiatives aimed at
improving the Bank’s Information Security and Data Privacy posture.
•
Maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and suppliers, and
coordinate directly with them regarding technical issues and outstanding
matters.
•
Regularly monitor and analyse network and system log files.
•
Report all incidents regularly.
•
Assist in the execution of IT projects.
•
Carry out daily, monthly, and yearly operational processing procedures.
•
Provide second-level day-to-day support to end users.
Specifications
Qualifications / Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security, and Project Management.
